Effects of the Customs and Changes

Another effect I noticed, there doesn't need to be crit and ignore def status on the same gear piece. May as well put those stat points to dex.

I LoL'eD at this

1. Whitesmith is easily countered by Creators and Valk armor
2. Kiel at 2%=FAIL. Stun lock is breakable -_-
3. The Hydra card buff/nerf is just unnecessary
4. Maya should have stayed at its original script, since magic users can exploit ppl by using AoE's and such(specially HW)

Whitesmith card has been removed because it's imbalance, you know why xile didnt put i up
Kiel, with it's ormal percentage, which is 20% ignores the delay of all skills, we have tested it a hundred times and yes we nerf it 5% BUT even when we nerf it down to 5% it still makes the skills A LOT SPAMMABLE
Hydra? we buff it to urge people to use it, to confuse em on what to use. stat or dmg modifier? well it'll be their choice
Maya is like Hell on it's normal percentage, why? 50% will suck em down. thats why xile lowered them greatly and i believe it was 3% or 5?

Well what you guyz want is too much buff for the set, i made it like that to lessen the power of the set

This is not XileRO, even the header on the site says "like no other". Maya card was set to 50% for a reason, that's why it's an MVP card. As for Kiel, tell that to classes that use skills that only hit once, unlike Fire/Cold bolts. So you'll only be able to hit a Champ for about three hits before you get asura'd, not being able to fight certain classes properly because you have all the delay in the world is ridiculous. I wouldn't mind the kiel nerf but you took out stat buffs, aka agi giving less delay. If anything, the hydra card should be nerfed, you already have 20% damage on weapons, giving extra 20% from the 4 slots when compared to the hp% buffs this server has to offer is imbalanced.

well im giving him that idea why? well he cam from the server not long ago so yah i too came from that server

why not try playing with techniques? not just spamming skills and stuffs?

On sinx? without delay? all they'll do is BREAKER like hell

I've played Ragnarok for six years, I'm aware of this "stuffs and skills". There are many ways to kill an assassin, they're not unstoppable even if they are breaker. I guess you've had some problems with them in the past.

the only problem i had with is too much balance that every skill had a delay and i had to live with that
