Well for spell and range resistance you could just subtract a bit from each arrow/spell type.

Well magic and arrow attacks are element based, so if you're looking for negative effects then lower the resistance to certain elements.

I'll give more suggestions tomorrow, it's 5:36am and I need sleep. But for now, you should also think about adding reflect sets and jards.

[Armor] For The Elite Archer Suit, I would give flee or even agi instead of hit, they have enough dex already to hit. As for the Attack bonus, you could just change it to skill bonus, that way people don't just click one button and watch someone die(Increase DS and SS damage by 30%). Lol at the hp bonus. Could just turn that into -23% cast delay like the regular archer suit.

[Lower] The wings should definitely be Red Flame Soul:


Increase all ranged skills damage by 75% should be enough. Defense -50(1 def=1% damage resist).

[Upper] Thanatos Masks:


+20% Flee, Walk Speed +50%, +15% Dex. Stone Curse the enemy by 10% when receiving physical damage.


Breaking Point:

[Armor] Instead of the +10 luk just make it +10 all stat. 10 Luck is pretty much useless.

[Lower] Death Wings:


-50% Crit, -60% vit def, Level 10 Provoke self when equipped. 20% chance to heal self for half damage inflicted.

[Upper] Hollow Helm:


Silence self by 100% when receiving physical damage. +150 Luk, +50% Attack, Reduce magic resistance by 20%. +10% chance to dispell when attacking.

Vengeful Speed:

[Armor] Instead of 100 flee, add 100 perfect dodge. Critical and range crit ignores perfect flee. So do skills. Don't see ANY reason why it was removed in first place.
